We work with local Lancashire suppliers wherever possible to bring you the finest produce the region has to offer.

At The Harris Café, we’re proud to serve coffee made with beans from Exchange Coffee, a local roaster based here in Lancashire.

For our espresso-based coffees, we use Exchange Coffee’s Great Taste Award winning Rainforest Espresso – a 100% Arabica blend made exclusively with ethically produced Rainforest Alliance coffees from South and Central America. It’s a beautifully balanced full medium espresso roast, with a rich body, subtle sweetness and vibrant acidity.

For those who prefer to go decaf, our Decaffeinated Espresso offers all the flavour without the caffeine. Smooth and dark with delicious biscuity notes, it’s proof that choosing decaf doesn’t mean compromising on taste.

Supporting local suppliers is important to us at The Harris, which is why we’re delighted to work with a Lancashire-based roaster. Exchange roasts each batch by hand ensuring quality, consistency and freshness in your cup. Exchange Coffee has also been partnering with the Rainforest Alliance for over 20 years, helping to support more sustainable farming and protect the communities and environments at the heart of coffee production.

So, whether you take yours strong, smooth or decaffeinated, you can enjoy your coffee knowing that great taste and responsible sourcing go hand in hand.
