The Share A Story Corner
The Share a Story Corner features a range of video stories and other fun activities that are perfect for families and young children to do together. It features stories by Julia Donaldson and classic fairy tales like The Gingerbread Man and Goldilocks and The Three Bears!
The Author & Illustrator Academy
With the Author & Illustrator Academy children can take part in a variety of lessons and activities. The lessons held by a variety of children’s authors and illustrators will be sure to inspire children of all ages. They are a great resource for parents who are currently doing home teaching as well.
World Book Day Book Club
Reading together is more fun! The World Book Day Book Club launches in April, but you can sign-up right now. The book club is being hosted on YouTube and the first book is High-Rise Mystery by Sharna Jackson. If you like many others are missing your regular book club, you’ll be sure to enjoy this new online experience.
Reading Recommendations
Any reader will know how difficult it can be to find your next book. But World Book Day have launched their new Reading Recommendations portal to make finding your next book much easier. With this new reading portal you can search a range of different lists to help you find your next book.
