Screening of Horrible Histories: The Movie (Rotten Romans, 2019) – PG

Join us at The Harris for a screening of Horrible Histories: The Movie.

Set in Roman Britain in AD 41, Atti, a sharp-witted Roman teenager, is reluctantly shipped off to the grimy British outpost to help his father oversee the Roman occupation.

Atti dreams of becoming a soldier like his dad, but instead finds himself stuck in a land he considers cold, barbaric, and deeply unpleasant.

Back in Rome, newly crowned Emperor Nero is anxious to prove himself worthy of the throne.

Obsessed with his public image, Nero concocts an outrageous scheme: he plans to stage a heroic victory in Britain to boost his popularity, even if it means faking the entire thing.

All ages welcome, Parental Guidance advised.
