Textile Patch Workshop

Celebrate Lancashire Pride through textiles! In this relaxed, two-hour drop-in workshop, you’ll create your own embroidered patch inspired by Lancashire – perhaps featuring the iconic Lancashire rose.

You’ll learn simple hand-sewing techniques, including appliqué and embroidery, with guidance and support throughout. No previous sewing experience is needed. Take your finished patch home and sew it onto a bag, jacket, piece of clothing or anything else you’d like to customise.

Drop in anytime between 6–8pm. It takes around 30 minutes to make a patch, but you’re welcome to stay and sew for as long as you like.

Younger participants are welcome with the support and supervision of an adult.
