Celebrating World Book Day

We’re celebrating World Book Day with a special storytime session in the Family Library!

As part of the National Year of Reading and our celebrations for World Book Day, all Lancashire Libraries will be delivering a special storytime session on Saturday 7th March at 10.30am.

Each library will read the same two stories at the same time – a fantastic way to create a shared experience across the county! The stories we’ll be reading are…

  • We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen
  • Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes by Mem Fox
