An introduction to the concept of gratitude, including how practicing gratitude can help maintain our wellbeing.
Life can be uncertain, hard and complex at times. Practicing gratitude can help increase our resilience to life’s challenges, amplify the positive and bring hope for the future.
In this session, we will discuss what gratitude is, how to practice it and how it can benefit our lives. We will share tips and tools you can apply to your everyday life and look at the benefits on your mental and physical wellbeing.
We are working to eliminate the stigma around mental illness through sharing our experiences.
Please arrive 10 minutes before to ensure a prompt start.
